1 Photo Licences - General
Many of the photographs featured on this site (and
tens of thousands more in Sundeep's extensive and varied photography stock) are available
for your use upon purchase of a photo licence (private
or commercial use).
The photo licence will give you the right to use the
photo/s
only in accordance with the terms
of the licence. Unauthorized use of the photo/s
beyond the scope of the licence will amount to breach of copyright
and will result in termination of the
licence.
The licence will not give you ownership of the photo/s,
which is to say, that Sundeep retains copyright in all
of the licensed
photos and reserves the right to grant parallel licences
(unless your licence incorporates a measure of exclusivity).
In exceptional
circumstances, Sundeep would consider transferring
copyright
(ownership) in a photograph upon negotiation of a suitable sale fee.
If you are interested in this option which, would allow
you to acquire all rights to the photo, then please e-mail us on

2 Private Use Licence
A selection of photographs on this site are available your
private non-commercial use/s (e.g. for
personal/non-commercial websites, or for printing
and display, or for non-commercial publicity material).
Shopping cart: please visit the
galleries (accessible from the home page) and make your selection by clicking on the 'Add
to Cart' button beneath
the photo/s you wish to license. When you have made your
selection, click the 'View Cart' button and
then following the checkout instructions. You will be taken to PayPal to complete
the transaction.
Delivery: we will deliver the digital photograph/s to
you, at our discretion, either by email, or on CD or DVD
in the post, or by placing them on our or your server for
downloading by you. Small batches of up to 10
photographs are easy to e-mail, but this is less
practicable for large numbers. Photos delivered to you
pursuant to the purchase of a licence will not
carry a visible copyright watermark.

3 Commercial Use Licence
If you wish to use a photograph/s on this
website for commercial purposes (any purpose
connected with a trade, business or profession, which
will include but will not be limited to: business publicity
material, e-mail marketing, commercial website or
publication, advertisement/advertorial) then you will
need to negotiate a Commercial Use Licence.
The Commercial Use Licence will define:
1. the permitted use of the photograph/s
(e.g.
advertisement)
2. the media (e.g. publication, TV)
3. the geographical scope (e.g. UK, EC, other)
4. the licence duration (e.g. 6 months, 1 year,
periodic/recurring)
5. any measure of licence exclusivity.
The fee payable for a Commercial Use Licence
will vary from licence to licence, depending upon the
particular photo/s
licensed and items 1-5 above.

Please remember to quote the following, as appropriate:
- Image name/file name
- A brief description of the photo/album it
appears in
- Intended use, as above 1-5
We can then discuss your requirements and settle on a
licence fee.

4 Payment Options
There are a few ways you can pay for a
Commercial Use Licence:
1. Bank transfer (bank details supplied on request)
2. Via
PayPal using a credit or debit card
5. Other payment accepted by
PayPal
It is our preference that
you purchase a Private Use Licence via
this website, using the 'Add to Cart' buttons incorporated into
the galleries.
